How to Edit a Distribution
If you have set up a distribution and scheduled to go out at a later date, you can still edit that distribution in order to make changes such as the list of entities who will receive the distribution, the subject, body, etc.
Editing a Scheduled Distribution:
1) Click on the Distributions Tab
2) On the right side you will see the panel called Distributions. Click on the name of the Distribution in question (please note that there will be a submitted date. This is the date that you originally submitted the job for distribution on the scheduled date you selected).
3) Once you have clicked on the name of the distribution and you are in the profile view of that distribution, select Edit Email from the Toolbar:
4) You will receive the following message. Please note that you will not be able to save and exit the distribution so make sure you click on Send Distribution on the confirmation page once you are finished making your changes. Click Yes to continue:
5) Go through the distribution and make the changes you need to make
6) Verify your Scheduled date for distribution
7) On the Confirm page, hit Send Distribution and the system will add it to the queue and will email your recipients on the day and time you had set.
