Step-by-Step Guide

Individual Import

  1. Import ID cannot be blank: Ensure all records are linked to an existing Unique ID or create a Unique ID by inputting a value into the column.
  2. Individual validation failed - User ID may not contain spaces: Remove spaces from the Unique ID to resolve this error.
  3. Individual validation failed - A Home Address State Must Be Entered For Individuals That Belong To A PAC: Fill out the Home State field or edit the record in PAC Classic before importing.
  4. Individual validation failed - The User ID Must Be At Least 5 Characters Long: Edit the User ID to be at least 5 characters long.
  5. Individual validation failed - The Password Must Be At Least 4 Characters Long: Make the password at least 4 characters long to avoid this error.
  6. Individual validation failed - The Advocacy User Name is already in use: Check for duplicate web user IDs in the system and resolve accordingly.
  7. Individual validation failed - Email Address is Already in Use: Resolve duplicate email addresses by adjusting system settings or contacting PAC Support Desk.
  8. Invalid IndividualID (0) Passed: Ensure home address information is included in the import file, especially Home State, ID, and Last Name fields.

Organization Import

  1. Import ID cannot be blank: Link records to an existing Unique ID or create a Unique ID for each record.
  2. Organization validation failed - The Length of the field may not exceed 50 characters: Adjust the character limit for Organization or UDF fields if necessary.
  3. The already exists within the Organization Hierarchy: Ensure correct Unique IDs for Branch and Parent Organizations to avoid hierarchy errors.
