Introduction

PAC Classic offers two user session reports to track user logins within the application. These reports provide valuable insights into user activity, helping administrators monitor access and usage patterns. This guide outlines the process of accessing and interpreting the User Session Reports in PAC Classic.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Accessing User Session Reports:
   • Navigate to Home > Management Reports. 

     

   • Locate the User Session Reports section.
2. Running Reports:
   • Choose the desired report: User Sessions Report or User Session Summary Report.
   • Enter the start date and end date for the report period. 
   • Click Submit to generate the report.
3. Interpreting the Reports:
   • User Sessions Report:
     • Displays detailed information for each user session, including Name, Login ID, Phone, Email, IP Address, and login timestamps.  
   • User Session Summary Report:
     • Provides summarized data for each user account, showing login activity within the specified date range.
