Step 1: Accessing Election Cycles
- Navigate to Admin Tab: Go to the Admin tab in PAC Classic.
- Select PAC Support Files: Click on "PAC Support Files" on the left-hand side.

- Initiate Addition: Click on the "Add" button to begin adding a new election cycle.
