Introduction
This guide explains how to create transactions using the batch receipt entry feature in PAC Classic. Batch entry allows for the creation of multiple transactions simultaneously, saving time and effort compared to entering transactions individually.
Step-by-Step Guide
- Access Batch Receipt Entry
- Navigate to the Transactions Tab.
- Click Batch Receipt Entry at the top of the page.
- Create and Configure the Batch
- Name the Batch: Assign a searchable name for future reference.
- Set the Date: Assign the same date to all transactions in the batch.
- Configure additional fields as needed:
- Bank
- Report Code
- Transaction Method
- Source (optional)
- Category (optional)
- Enter Transaction Details
- Add the Contributor’s Name and Amount for each transaction.
- If more than five receipts are needed, click More to add additional fields.
- Finish Batch Entry
- Click Finish to proceed.
- Review and Confirm
- On the confirmation page, review the entries.
- Note: Fields cannot be edited at this stage.

- Add more receipts.
- View the entered receipts.
- Submit the batch.
- On the confirmation page, review the entries.
- Submit and Edit as Needed
- Click Submit to finalize the batch.
- After submission, you can:
- Edit the batch name, transaction dates, and transaction method.
- Delete the transactions and batch if necessary.
- Once submitted, the transactions will be saved to the system.
Post-Submission Notification
- A confirmation email will be sent once the batch is successfully completed.
