Step-by-Step Guide
- Access the Batch Change Tool: Navigate to the Activity Tab.
- Search for Records: Conduct a search to identify the Activity records requiring updates.
- Access the Batch Change Tool: From the results screen, click on "Tools" and select "Batch Change."
- Select Fields to Modify: All Activity Fields will be listed, divided into General and Other tabs. Locate the field(s) requiring changes and make the necessary modifications.
- Choose Action: For fields with options such as "Replace All With," "Append," or "Remove," select the appropriate action:
- "Replace All With": Overwrites all current items in the picklist field. Exercise caution, especially if records have multiple items selected, as this action will replace all selected values with the new value.
- "Append": Appends the new value to any existing values in the field.
- "Remove": Removes a specific picklist item.
- Submit Changes: Click "Submit" to initiate the batch change process.
- Confirm Changes: Upon submission, a confirmation screen will appear asking for confirmation.
- If certain about the changes, click "Yes" to proceed.

- Monitor Progress: A blue bar will indicate that the system is processing your request. The processing time depends on the number of records being updated.
