Live Chat Support
The fastest way to get support is through our in-app chat feature.
How to Open the Chat

Look for the question mark icon (?) located on the top right corner of the PAC screen.

Click on the question mark icon and Select "Launch Chat" to open the chat window. If your goal is to find a Help Center Article, please select "PAC Help Center".
Once you click on "Launch Chat" the chat window will open. To close it, you should click on "Launch Chat" again
Getting Support
Initial AI Assistance: When you first open the chat, you will be connected with our AI assistant. The AI is trained on our comprehensive Help Center content and can instantly answer many common questions.

Connecting to a Live Agent: If the AI can't resolve your issue, or if you prefer to speak to a person, simply send the following message in the chat:
talk to supportYou will then be connected with a member of our Support team and can speak with them in real time during our business hours.
Closing the Chat
To close the chat window, simply click on "Launch Chat" again

Our Help Center is a vast resource where you can find detailed information and guides on how to use all features of PAC.
How to Access
Click on the Options menu within PAC.
Select Help & Training.
This will take you directly to the PAC Help Center.
You can also access it by clicking the question mark and selecting PAC Help Center.
